Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us adequate notice of 24 hours by either phoning us on 0478116327 or reply email or text. We understand circumstances arise such as covid related issues, illness, injury or change of plans so please be respectful and notify us if you do need to cancel. A 100% booking fee will be charged if you don’t show to your appointment or let us know. And 50% booking fee if less than 24 hours notice is given. We appreciate your time and put lots of effort into treatment set up and treat our guests with the utmost respect, care and pampering. We look forward to seeing you soon!
