Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Gift vouchers are to be used by the person who it was gifted to/the name on the gift card. If the gift voucher cannot be used by the intended person then the person who purchased the voucher must call and have a new voucher arranged for the intended person. This eliminates confusion in our system.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or on product. Gift vouchers can only be accepted by Sirene Spa Staff for treatments and not accepted by contractors working within the day spa due to fees and limited availability. 
 

Please allow 1-2 weeks notice if you would like to use your gift voucher as we are quite heavily booked and last minute appointments are rare. There is no expiry on our gift vouchers so you have forever to use them!

Wyndham Club Owners receive 20% off all treatments within Sirene Spa.

Wyndham owner discounts cannot be used in conjunction with a gift voucher or any other offer.

The Wyndham Club 20% discount offer can only be used by the Owners on the Wyndham Ownership not by guests.
