Sirene Spa is conveniently located inside the Ramada Resort at 35–45 Shoal Bay Road, Shoal Bay NSW 2315. Please obtain a DAY PASS from Ramada Reception to access us in the indoor pool section of the resort (if you aren't staying at the Ramada). We are just minutes from the Shoal Bay Beach and local attractions, making us the perfect destination for relaxation during your stay or local visit.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm by appointment only.

We have a small selection of spa treatment offerings for little ones under (16 years of age). We offer a Pre Teen Facial for 30 minutes using Naturopathic Botanical Products for sensitive little skins with years of therapist experience. We also offer a Princess Mani or Pedi treatment which is a file, buff, massage and paint of the finger nails or toenails. As well as our "Mummy and Me Package" which is an hour treatment of facial and pedi spa treatment together in our couples room. Children must be accompanied by someone over 16 at all times during their treatment.

We offer a range of facial treatments including our Signature Rose Quarts Spa Facial using Waterlily and Spaceuticals products. We have our new Peptide Dream Facial which is extremely popular. We also have micordermabrasion, LED and naturpathic peels. All facials can be 30 minutes or 60-90 minutes in duration

Yes you may use the 3 heated spa's and indoor heated pool facilities before or after your treatment. We recommend to use it before your treatment as to not wash off the beautiful oils and facial products we use. We also recommend to please bring your own towel for use.

Yes there is a lift in the Ramada lobby area, once you receive a day pass you can access the lift to the first floor and then use the pathway over the outdoor pool and into the indoor pool building where you will find us.

Please book your desired appointment online with your e-gift card. You simply choose your desired treatment, go all the way to the payment section and press "pay now" after filling in your details. It will then ask right at the bottom for a Gift Voucher Code - this is a 15-16 letter and number code that you can then use to pay the deposit required. This will automatically come off your e gift card and the remaining amount will then be used on the day of your treatment.

Please select the group option on our website (the facial and massage package is a guide as to what to have as it is our most popular treatment of massage and facial combined) Please write in the notes section when booking how many people it is for and what treatments you'd like to have. This is the easiest way to book multiple people in at one time. We will then do everything else at our end allocating therapists to each of you and confirming your booking via email. We can currently perform 4-5 treatments at any given time.

You can either select the couples massage or select multiple treatments that you'd both like at your desired time. In the notes section please state that it is for 2 people and can the treatments be performed at the same time. We will do the rest and allocate 2 therapists and adjust the booking so that you are both in at the same time.

No unfortunately we do not have a provider number to accept health care claims on massages at Sirene Spa. We do not perform Remedial Massage, only relaxation massage within our day spa.

Yes, most of our treatments are customisable for pregnancy and pregnancy safe. We are trained in pregnancy massage and wellbeing. Using Waterlily Naturopathic products to enhance your pregnancy glow. We offer side to side laying massage and up right facial and pedicure treatments for positioning, care and safety for you and your baby. We recommend pregnancy treatments from 20 weeks.

Simply jump online and click on the BOOK NOW button on the home page, you will see a drop down box saying ALL TREATMENTS. From here please select Group Booking and make your booking entirely online. Please enter in the Notes/Message section how many people will be attending and pay the $30 deposit required. This deposit will come off your treatment on the day. Please note that the price is PER PERSON not for the entire group. We always suggest our facial and massage package or our create your own package - depending on the time you would like to spend in spa. All facilities are complimentary. Charcuterie boxes and sparkling wine can be added to your booking by email request to info@sirenespa.com.au we will confirm your group booking when we receive it online.

We have used Naked Tan Tanning solution for 17 years and love it! We know you will too. We offer a light, medium or dark tan. It is green base. No going orange. We recommend having a spray tan 2 days before your event. It can last up to 10 days if you do not go into chlorine pools or sweat much or use AHA cleansers. The perfect wedding tan.

Not yet. We only have the one head spa which we adore and due to popularity we are looking at putting in another head spa by the end of 2026 so you can enjoy with friends and family.

Yes please that would be incredible if you can. We do have towels on site however we go through so many towels with our spa treatments that we can never guarantee that we will have any left over to give you for pool use. If you can bring your own that would be amazing! If you are staying at the Ramada they provide pool towels. If you cannot bring your own we totally understand and will do our very best to accommodate.
