The Terms
At Sirene Spa, your experience is our priority. To ensure everything flows smoothly and respectfully for both our clients and team, we’ve outlined a few important terms and policies. We kindly ask you to take a moment to read through them before your visit. If you have any questions, we’re always here to assist.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the person named on the voucher. If the voucher cannot be redeemed by the intended recipient, the purchaser must contact us directly to have it reassigned. This helps us avoid confusion in our system.
Vouchers are valid for spa treatments only and cannot be used toward products or in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
Gift vouchers are redeemable exclusively with Sirene Spa staff. They are not valid for services provided by independent contractors operating within the spa due to separate fee structures and limited availability.
As we are often fully booked, we kindly ask that you allow 1–2 weeks’ notice when scheduling an appointment using a gift voucher. Last-minute availability is rare.
Our gift vouchers do not expire, so you may use them at any time.
Wyndham Owner Policy
Wyndham Club Owners receive an amazing 20% off all full-priced treatments at Sirene Spa as per your Lifestyles by Wyndham App. Please contact us to book in.
This discount cannot be combined with a gift voucher or any other special offers or discounted packages.
The Wyndham discount is available only to registered owners on the membership, not their guests.
